Experiencing Any of These Symptoms of Depression?

Persistent
Sadness

Do you feel sad, empty, or emotionally numb most days? Persistent sadness can make it difficult to enjoy activities you once loved, stay motivated, or feel hopeful about the future, affecting every aspect of daily life.

Loss of
Interest or Pleasure

Activities that once brought happiness may no longer feel enjoyable. You may lose interest in hobbies, spending time with loved ones, or pursuing personal goals, leaving you feeling disconnected and emotionally withdrawn.

Fatigue and Low Energy

Depression can leave you feeling physically and mentally drained, even after a full night’s sleep. Simple tasks like getting out of bed, going to work, or completing household responsibilities may begin to feel overwhelming.

Changes in
Sleep Patterns

You may find yourself sleeping far more than usual or struggling to fall and stay asleep. Poor sleep can increase irritability, reduce concentration, and make it even harder to manage everyday responsibilities.

Difficulty Concentrating

Depression can make it difficult to focus, remember information, or make decisions. Whether at work, school, or home, these challenges may affect productivity, confidence, and your ability to keep up with daily responsibilities.

Feelings of Worthlessness

You may be overly critical of yourself, dwell on past mistakes, or feel like you’re not good enough. These persistent thoughts can lower self-esteem, affect relationships, and make it difficult to see hope for the future.
