Experiencing Any of These Symptoms of Anxiety ?

Excessive
Worry

Do you find yourself constantly worrying about work, school, relationships, health, or the future? Persistent worry can make it difficult to relax, affect your concentration, and leave you feeling mentally and physically exhausted throughout the day.

Racing
Thoughts

Does your mind feel like it never slows down? Constant overthinking, replaying conversations, or imagining worst-case scenarios can make decision-making difficult, disrupt your sleep, and prevent you from being fully present in everyday life.

Panic
Attacks

Sudden episodes of intense fear can cause a racing heart, shortness of breath, dizziness, or chest tightness. These overwhelming experiences may leave you avoiding certain places or situations out of fear that another panic attack will occur.

Social
Anxiety

Do you avoid social situations because you’re afraid of being judged or embarrassed? Anxiety before conversations, meetings, or gatherings can affect your confidence, relationships, and ability to participate fully in work, school, or social life.

Difficulty
Sleeping

Anxiety often makes it hard to fall asleep or stay asleep. Racing thoughts, restlessness, and constant worry can leave you feeling tired, irritable, and unable to focus or perform your best during the day.

Physical Symptoms of Anxiety

Anxiety doesn’t just affect your thoughts—it can also impact your body. Frequent muscle tension, headaches, stomach discomfort, or a racing heartbeat can make everyday responsibilities feel more difficult and emotionally overwhelming.

Anxiety can affect the way you think, feel, and respond to everyday situations. At Weiss Wellness, we provide personalized anxiety therapy that helps you understand your unique experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and build the confidence to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.

Understanding Your Anxiety Patterns

The first step toward managing anxiety is understanding what triggers it and how it affects your thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being. Together, we’ll help you recognize the patterns that keep anxiety going so you can begin responding differently.

  • Identify common anxiety triggers such as work stress, social situations, life transitions, or uncertainty.
  • Recognize physical symptoms like muscle tension, restlessness, a racing heart, or difficulty sleeping.
  • Understand thought patterns that contribute to excessive worry, overthinking, and fear.

How We Treat Anxiety

Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique symptoms, experiences, and therapy goals. We use evidence-based approaches that help you better understand anxiety while building healthier ways to manage it.

Our therapeutic approaches include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns.
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to strengthen emotional regulation and manage overwhelming emotions.
  • Mindfulness-Based Techniques to help you stay present, reduce stress, and respond calmly to anxious thoughts.

Building Practical Coping Skills

Managing anxiety isn’t about avoiding difficult situations—it’s about feeling equipped to handle them with confidence. We help you build practical skills that support long-term emotional well-being.

We help you learn how to:

  • Manage anxious thoughts without becoming overwhelmed by overthinking.
  • Regulate emotions during stressful situations or emotional triggers.
  • Use grounding and mindfulness techniques to feel calmer and more in control throughout the day.

Creating Long-Term Emotional Balance

Our goal is to help you feel more confident, resilient, and emotionally balanced—not just during therapy, but in your everyday life. As you progress, you’ll develop skills that support lasting emotional well-being.

Together, we’ll focus on:

  • Managing emotions in healthier, more balanced ways.
  • Staying calm and grounded during stressful or uncertain situations.
  • Building confidence in your relationships, work, school, and daily life.
